Creating beautiful homes in West London’s affluent residential area
Many of the houses in Chelsea, Hammersmith, Kensington, Fulham and Wandsworth were beautifully built in an affluent age of the late 18th early 19th centuries. In most cases, the building structures are still as sound as a bell but the configuration of the rooms catered for an entirely different lifestyle. Post war modifications had a utility quality; planning was haphazard, materials were poor and workmanship lacked pride.
Today, we are restoring and renovating the sumptuous interiors to suit the lifestyle of the 21st century living.
Here are some examples of recent projects:
A two bedroom apartment in a very sought after area of Kensington. This property was totally demolished and then totally restored with a new layout to a very high contemporary specification.
A grade two listed building completely gutted and restored to architect’s and interior designer’s specifications for a young execuutive client.
A 3,500 sq ft Victorian property was converted back from a multi-use house to a single home with 7 bedrooms.
